The newly renovated Caudell Hall is home to one of the most state-of-the-art teaching kitchens in the state of NY. This facility provides a clean, well-designed kitchen in which students learn all aspects of the industry from dietetics, fast casual, baking and pastry, to cold prep.

BHS Project Management worked with the college, designers, culinary instructors and construction partners to create a truly one of a kind educational experience. Through innovation and collaboration, this facility is breathtaking from its custom color scheme to its eco-friendly innovations such as waste reduction systems.
Commercial Kitchen Design
Our interior design team worked with the culinary instructors to learn about the special needs that a teaching kitchen requires, and designed a state of the art kitchen that will prepare students for any real-life restaurant kitchen.
