Case Study - New Era Field Sideline Club Renovations

New Era Field is an open-air stadium and home of the Buffalo Bills. Located in Orchard Park, NY, the stadium boasts a capacity of nearly 72,000. Recent renovations to the stadium include significant improvements to three 200-level sideline club concession areas, for which BHS was a perfect choice to provide 114000 foodservice equipment and project management.

Project Management / Equipment

New_Era_1BHS was contracted by ARC Construction to take both the architect and designer’s visions for the sideline clubs and bring them to fruition. Our Project Manager performed an on-site analysis of the existing conditions in this previously renovated stadium and, working with our Design Department, was integral in providing the necessary “rough in” utility requirement information. This led to a total upgrade in preparation equipment, hot and cold food serving counters and four separate bar areas. BHS was responsible for providing walk-in coolers, pass-through windows, stone work and cabinetry for custom countertops built to accommodate hot wells, carving stations, steam tables and warming tables, as well as local purveyors specific equipment requirements to maintain menu authenticity.

BHS, in conjunction with the construction management team, worked hand in hand with multiple trades to pull the entire project together, creating a seamless effortless look in time for the kickoff of the concert and football preseason. This was a very challenging project, and would have been for any food service equipment project management team, but BHS’s experience based on many previously accomplished large scope projects ensured its success.
